Cask & Vine is a modern drinks distribution company, founded with a simple aim: to connect exceptional producers with the people who value them most.

Established in 2025 by Lydia Fairchild, Cask & Vine was built on a passion for discovery — sourcing distinctive wines and spirits from producers who prioritise quality, craftsmanship, and character. In a crowded market, we focus on what truly matters: authenticity, provenance, and stories worth sharing.

From our base in Tower Hill, London, we work closely with restaurants, bars, and private clients to supply a carefully curated portfolio that reflects both tradition and innovation. Our approach is personal and considered — we believe great drinks deserve to be represented with knowledge, care, and enthusiasm.

A key part of Cask & Vine is bringing people together. Our monthly Producer Tastings, hosted primarily in London, offer a unique opportunity to meet the makers behind the bottles. These events are designed to create genuine connections — between producers, buyers, and enthusiasts — in an informal but informative setting.
